Rainbow Inflatables ltd has made each inflatable in 0.55mm,1000D PVC tarpaulin, which is waterproof and flame retardant, conforming to BS7837 (British Standard), EN71 and SGS,EN14960,. We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and outside, and make reinforced strips at the bottom joint and each corner to make sure the inflatables are strong enough. Besides,both the stitching lines and printing inks are ISO and SGS certificated.

Product Description   

We make the reinforcement on all the weak point including the joint part, turning corn, bouncy area...Etc by double to fourfold stitchings with Webbings. Extra webbing reinforced strip on all the stress points and interior panels to guarantee durability of inflatables. Double stitching throughout the unit with triple stitching and the Quadruple stitching in key areas inside the base of the unit to guarantee inflatables durability.



We do the quality inspection TWICE. First round inspection by production supervisor on table once inflatable finished and before send them into warehouse. Before send to customers, the quality inspector will arrange it inflated up to do the second round inspection to guarantee good quality inflatables send to customers.

We make Safety air flap structure at each air outlet to stop air come out fast when power cut off to keep players safety.

Question 1 What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?
Answer:Inflatable sewn items  need constant blowing.The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology and only need one time blow up.Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.

Question 2 Can I have custom design with personal company logo or wording?
Answer:For all our inflatables, the customized logo and wording is available.And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.

Question 3 What kind of payment do you accept?
Answer:We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment terms.For order < US$5000, we prefer 50% deposit.

Question 4 How long will it take to produce?
Answer:It all depends, large quantity will need more time.We will get start with the design once received the deposit.After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production.Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order).

Question 5 How long will it take for the delivery?
Answer:By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.

Question 6 Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?Does your company pass any certificates?
Answer:We are a inflatable manufacturer with more than 4 years experience.We are certified by BV and TUV.Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, ASTM, UL, ROHS and other certificates.

Question 7 Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?
Answer:Yes, each item is equipped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.

Question 8 Can I check the quality before delivery?
