Q1. What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?
A: Inflatable sewn items need constant blowing. The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology and only need one time blow up. Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.

Q2. Can I have custom design with personal company logo or wording?
A: For all our inflatables, the customized logo and wording is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.

Q3.What kind of payment do you accept?
A: We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal, and other payment terms. For order < US$5000, we prefer 50% deposit.

Q4. How long will it take to produce?
A: It all depends, large quantities will need more time. We will get started with the design once we received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks. (Exception for urgent order)

Q5. How long will it take for the delivery?
A: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea it will take about 25~35 days.

Q6. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
A: We are an inflatable manufacturer with more than 4 years of experience. We are certified by BV and TUV. Also, we have CE, EN14960, SGS, ASTM, UL, ROHS, and other certificates.

Q7. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?
A: Yes, each item is equipped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.

Q8. Can I check the quality before delivery?
A: Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures to check. Welcome you visit our factory to check the quality.
