A1: We offer the Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx/ TNT ) and normally it takes 3-9 days for delivery (based on different areas). And we can also ship to your forwarder in China if needed. And for sea shipment, please contact with our sales manager for details.
Q2: Do you support mix and match for the products in your store? And if there are some products NOT in your store, can you help me to source them?
A2: Yes we support mix and match and you can pick up any products in our store. And we can also provide One Stop Shopping Solution for you. Please send your detailed requirement to our sales manager.
Q3: Do you offer customization service such as having my logo on the product?
A3: Yes we offer customization service such as logo, color, design, package etc. There will be MOQ for different customization service. Please provide more detailed requirements to our sales manager and we will back to you with detailed solutions.
Q4: If there was quality issue of the products you shipped to me, how can you solve the issue?
A4: If there was any quality issue, please contact us (within 14 days afteritem received) with the pictures to identify the issues. And we will come
back to you with solutions.
