Description:

- this sound module can be installed into the book. When you open the book, it will play the related sound for each page.

Specification:

- Housing size: 95 x 30 x 5.7mm

- Battery: AG10(0%) x 3pcs   or AG10(0%) x 4pcs; batteries can be changeable.

- Speaker: 40mm diameter plastic speaker

- Metal Rod: each metal rod controls one page sound. when you open this page, it will
  play sound. The quantity of the metal rod is decided by customer.

- Sound playtime: 3s~180s or even more

- packing: individual polybag

If you have already sound file, you can send some of them to us, and we can make some samples for you to check our quality first.

OEM proceed steps:
1. Providing your sound file and design sketchmap which must have marked the product's
size, material, color, function instruction etc.
2. We will make the DEMO board(sound sample)  according to yours, and send you 2D drawing according to your sketchmap.
3. Suggestion: some customers want to have the real products to check, so we can make
first sample by hand with the function to double confirm.
4. After you check and confirm the first hand sample, we will start to make the new mold and mask IC.
5. We also can make the book according to your design,and we have long-term cooperant
printer. So the price is also competitive.
