1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a factory, OEM, ODM service is provided.

2.Q: What's your payment term?

A: Usually, we accept T/T, For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment

and the balance paid before delivery.

3.Q: How to order?

A:Please send us your purchase order by Email or you can ask us to send you a Performa

invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.

1) Product information : Size,Quantity (other request ,if you have any special request)

2) Delivery time required.

3) Shipping information: Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination sea port.

4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.

4.Q: Can we order a sample before mass production?

A: Yes, sample order is available, and it will take 5-7 days to finished usually.

Sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.

5.Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?

A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account#

and we will send the samples by freight collected. And we can calculate the express freight for

you to compare if necessary, If choose ours, then pay the freight charge directly to our company

account, we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

6.Q: How can I trust your quality?

A: The whole production process is in strict accordance with the standard of  CE and every

working procedure is in strict supervision of our QC department,

and one more checking before being sent to you.

7.Q: Is special size request light box available?

A: Yes, size customized is available. And we have standard sizes A4,A3for your choice too.

8.Q: Can i have my own logo on the light box?

A: Yes , we could help to put your logo on the light box in a best way.

9.Q: How long is the warranty for the light box?

A: Each light box has 1 year for warranty.

10.Q: How long do you need for lead time?

A: lead time for sample is 5-7 days, other will be 15-25 days according to ordered quantity.
