1) How to customize plush?
we need the front, side, and back three-view design character diagram of the plush, or our designer will assist you to complete it.
2) When can I get a price?
We usually quote within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. If you need a price urgently, please call us.
3) After the design drawing is completed, which step should be performed?
We will confirm the fabric, size and craftsmanship according to your product information. We will be responsible for the modification of the sample until you are satisfied. The samples will eventually be delivered to you by FedEX express. If you need mass production, we can calculate the price for you now.
4) How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment.
5) How many times can the sample be modified? How long will it take for me to receive my doll?
Without modifying the design drawing, we will complete the sample after 2-3 revisions. We will synchronize the production schedule, the sample time is usually 10-20 days, and the mass production time is about 25-35 days.
