A: 30%TT deposit in advance, the balance should be paid before loading the container.

A: We attach great importance to quality control . Every part of our products has its own QC.

9.Q: What certificate do you have ?
A: We have CCC, CE(EN71 , EN14765, EN1888) ,SGS,ISO9001etc. Also we can supply any certificate if you need if the qty is OK.

We supply 2% spare parts free of charge to go with container for replacement. We offer a 12-month warranty service on all products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty,we would supply spare parts free of charge for replacement of the item,as well as technical support. We also agree to refund for the item that can not be repaired due to our reason.So be assured that you are well supported.
